Famly
Famly Social strategy
At Famly, a SaaS platform that helps early childhood educators manage their settings more efficiently, I developed and led a social media strategy that expanded brand awareness, built trust, and drove engagement with key audiences: educators, nursery managers, and parents.
Famly had an existing library of valuable blog content, but much of it wasn’t being seen by potential new users. I identified an opportunity to adapt and repurpose this content across social platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, tailoring formats for each audience and platform, transforming long-form blogs into infographics, carousel posts, and short-form videos that resonated with educators and childcare professionals.
By using tools like Semrush, I ensured the content was timely, relevant, and SEO-optimised. This approach allowed us to maintain a steady content stream with limited resources while showcasing Famly’s key software features, such as its planning, observation, and parent communication tools, in a way that was educational and engaging.
Ultimately, this strategy helped position Famly as a trusted voice in the early years sector, built stronger relationships with our audience, and drove traffic back to our website, where educators could learn more and book demos of the platform.
